Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us limited billing details such as subscription status, plan, and the last digits of your card.

How we use it

To provide the service, show your search history, manage your subscription, keep the site secure, respond to support requests, and improve the database and features.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run HD Cross, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to keep you signed in and keep the site working.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing [email protected]. We may keep limited records where required for billing, tax, or legal reasons.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
