Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of HD Cross ("we", "us"), a heavy-duty parts cross-reference service at hdcross.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

HD Cross lets you search OEM and aftermarket part numbers and view related numbers and the sources they came from. We update and improve the database over time and may change features at any time.

Reference only, verify fitment

Cross-reference results are provided for information only. We do not guarantee that any listed part is correct, current, available, or fits your application. Always confirm fitment with the manufacturer or supplier before you order or install a part. You are responsible for your purchasing and repair decisions.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your login secure. One subscription is for one person. Do not share your account, and do not use automated tools to copy, scrape, or resell the data or search results.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, and a card is required at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price and the subscription renews each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account billing portal, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The service, its design, and the way the data is organized belong to us or our licensors. Part numbers and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify parts.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or costs from ordering a wrong part, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
